DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Develop training strategy & implementation for sales force (internal & external)
- Managing training activities (syllabus, material, time plan, program and resources)
- Develop sales force program and incentives scheme
- Review and improve training SOP by Guidance Book (Journey cycle & Territory Management) socialization, Implementation & Feed Back
- Coordinate with internal & External Units (Vendor/Procurement/HR/Finance)
- Cost Budget analysis & efficiency initiatives
- Training strategy fine-tune based on feed back from field
- Create master plan for sales force training (internal & external)
- Conduct training for sales force (internal & external)
- Monitoring training Implementation for Internal & external
- Prepare Report after Training Implementation
- Training strategic reports and evaluation
