ADMIN & DATA SUPPORT STAFF
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Booking rooms and conference facilities
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Review progress of department projects
- Monitoring and followup PICA and PDCA program
PERSYARATAN :
- Preferably female, max 25 years old
- Diploma 3 (D-III) or Bachelor Degree of any disciplines with min 2 years experience in related field with min GPA of 2.8 (Scale 4.0)
- Master Office packages
- Willing to learn quickly
- Have passion in data and administration
- Able to speak english
- Preferably have experience in external relation
