DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
To check and ensure the validity and accuracy of corporate tax calculations/deposits/reporting and other party’s tax collection/deduction obligation fulfillment, assist in preparing materials for analysis and input regarding tax obligation fulfillment issues, assist in preparing materials for evaluation and to follow up inspection results, and to identify the potential/impact of projects, activities, plans and or corporate restructuring towards tax management.
- To ensure the availability of tax data, routine tax reports, taxable income and tax liability calculations as well as recommendations regarding tax management to support optimal tax obligation fulfillment efforts.
- To draft response letters and prepare supporting data to develop appropriate responses to correspondences from the tax office.
- To ensure the availability of data that are required and prepare arguments/explanations to follow up the company’s tax inspection results.
- To identify regulation changes and assist in preparing recommendations regarding relevant tax regulations in order to review and identify the potential/impact it has towards tax management in relation to projects, activities, plans and or corporate restructuring.
- To ensure the availability of data that are required and prepare arguments/explanations to follow up tax disputes.
- To gather information and facts as well as tax regulations in relation to the company’s business process in order to support the company’s tax management.
- To prepare presentation materials to support the socialization of tax regulations.
- To ensure the availability of data to support pre-tax audit assessments.
- To Monitor the completeness and accuracy of filing to develop and enhance an effective and efficient documentation system to ensure data are well kept and accessible.
PERSYARATAN :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/ Taxation
- Minimum 1 (one) year as Tax Supervisor, having experience in tax consultant firm is preferable
- Having Brevet A certificate is preferable
- Required Skill(s) : e-SPT, Tax Regulation
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good communication and managerial skill
