FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika is a pioneer in manufacturing baby and nutritious foods in Indonesia. We produce various kinds of international standard milk products for infants and for pregnant and breast-feeding mothers.

Currently, we are looking for a bright talent and achiever individual to strengthen our Sales function as FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER.

• Manage Key Account to deliver business & PicOS through Account Management & Project Execution.
• Manage volume target by account selling point with the coordination of KAOM & FDM, selling & nego to close monthly target, new product presentation, and aligned with FDM to control supply fulfillment (SL) to account.
• PicOS nego & implementation in responsible account through frontliner optimization.
• Manage budget control & reconciliation (through Atlantis) for Local Key Account & National Key Account.
• Manage preparation of MBR, QBR, promo execution & budget control, sales target achievement, PicOS achievement, and SL Report.

PERSYARATAN :

• Has a min. S1 degree in Business, or related majors.
• Minimum 1 years working experience as Field Sales, preferably in FMCG Area.
• Having strong knowledge and exposure in People Development, Communication &
• Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, Strong Project Management Skill.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Have excellent skill in operating MS Office.
• Strong leadership, self-confidence, responsible, highly motivated, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to be located at any location in Indonesia.
