AREA SALES COORDINATOR

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
Responsible to manage Sales force within his own control area in order to ensure sales volume, market coverage, market share, and profitability are achieved include to assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as set and to manage & maintain relationship with Project owners, contractors, home owners and retailers.




PERSYARATAN :

Education	:	Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably from Civil Engineering, Architecture, & Management
Experience	:	Minimum 5 (five) years experience in sales & marketing and preferably 2 years in similar products
Computer literacy	:	Microsoft Office, Google Application
Language	:	Good command in English both spoken & written
Other qualification / skills	:	Knowledge on construction industry & concrete technology Having good interpersonal skill Having good communication skill & leadership skill Good reporting & presentation skill Problem solving ability Able to work under pressure Customer advice excellence Target oriented and team player Good computer skill Time management skill Dynamic and willing to travel Ability to scheduling & organizing Having a thorough territorial knowledge of Central Java area
