DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- To coordinate with Key Account for every data needed (volume per customer, DSO, Price, Overdue status, etc).
- To update each Key Account on on their performance, especially budget tracking, ASP tracking, DSO tracking, Overdue tracking, etc.
- To prepare monthly report, weekly forecast, monthly forecast and other data needed by other departments – in coordination with each Key Account.
- To understand customers need, and proactively propose activities that could help Key Account in order to serve their customers better.
- To develop good Key Account Management System (reporting system, visit monitoring, performance tracking, etc).
- To create good system for reimbursement, cash advance, traveling and quarterly bonus scheme calculation for each Key Account.
