General Legal Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

• Legally liable for the company, and in this regard, must oversee the compliance of all legal requirements include corporate governance, litigations, anti-trust and industrial relations issues and the insights of any new draft laws and regulations and business policy that affect the company businesses and operations.
• Responsible in a complementary manner to the Board of Directors duties and reports to the later about the company performance.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
• Build strong networks within the legal authorities and institutions
• Provide analysis from a regulatory framework to the management through participation in the Business Intelligence team in order for the company to determine its business plan.
• Ensure Legal department targets accomplished according to time line by such managing the activities of his/her subordinates in providing legal services within the area of responsibility.

PERSYARATAN :

Education	:	Law Degree from reputable University (Postgraduate Degree / Master Degree is preference)
Experience	:	At least eight years legal experience ideally in a leading organisation, with a proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting; Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel; Proven track record of adding value to an organisation through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.
Computer literacy	:	Proficient with MS Office and Google Application
Language	:	Advance in English and Bahasa both oral or written
Other qualification / skills	:	Licensed Bar Member (PERADI) A strong record of being a great team player and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skill Strong analytical skill Good interpersonal skill Strong leadership and managerial skills Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters Demonstrate success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters Good planning and organization skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory law; and Knowledge of the legal aspects of capital markets
