Manager - Regional Marketing (MANADO)
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Develop sales and distribution strategy in Retail Outlet to achieve sales target
- Control sales operation by having accurate/on time data and report in order to make correction and anticipation action
- Monitor area manager in developing dealer and area to increase dealer productivity, profitability and cluster revenue
- Develop promotion strategy and activity by coordinating with promo manager and promo coordinator based on sales report and guidelines from Headquarter to ensure sales target achieved
- Propose, control and monitor operational cost and Advertising &Promotion (A&P) budget through tight monitoring of day to day operational and effective of A&P budget spending including campaign low Base Transceiver Station (BTS) Revenue and new product to have effective and efficient budget with maximum result
- Maintain good and close relationship with relevant external partners (government, journalist, etc.) to have easy bureaucracy
PERSYARATAN :
- Candidates must possess min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major, preferably from Business and Marketing major, with minimum 5 years of experience in management, marketing and/or sales field or channel background from Telecommunication Industry Intermediate knowledge of telecommunication or Food Manufacturing & Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Skills in Marketing/ Sales & Financial Management
- Customer oriented with result orientation
- Technical expertise in Project Monitoring
- English proficient
