1. Geology
Location of work: Melak, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Required Skill(s): Having experiences in geology exploration and preproduction
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in geology exploration and preproduction related field in coal in coal mining company
• Experienced in data interpretation and modelling, geotechnical analysis and slope modelling, pit monitoring, geology exploration, preproduction and geology data information

2. External Relations
Location of work: Melak, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Social and Political Science / Law
• Required Skills:
a. Government Relation :
• Having experiences in government and NGO Relation, Law and Regulation information
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in law, regulation, government institution, and NGO
b. Land Compensation :
• Having experiences in land acquisition, land compensation, claim handling
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in land acquisition, land compensation, claim handling

3. Data Modelling
Location of work: Melak, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Required Skill(s): Having experiences in exploration and preproduction database
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in data processing in coal mining company
• Experienced in information on geological material required in geological interpretation and modelling

4. Community Development Planning
Location of work: Jakarta

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design/ Planologi, Regional Development (Pengembangan Wilayah) or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Auto cad, PDCA tools, MS Power Point Presentation, MS Excel (macro)
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in community development planning field is required for this position

5. Application Development
Location of work: Jakarta

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/ Electro engineering or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): IBM Lotus Xpages development, PHP/ASP development, Java/Java Script/ Json language development, Business Analyst, Project Management
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position

6. Utilities Operation Head (Dept Head Level)
Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industry or equivalent) from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Power Plant Operation Skills, Trouble Shooting Skills, Basic Maintenance Skills, Workshop Safety Practices
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Power Plant or related field is required for this position

7. Coal Quality & Customer Services
Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering (Mining, Industry, or equivalent) from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Coal Quality Management, Good Communication Skills
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Marine Transportation is preferred for this position

8. Stockpile & Shipment Planning
Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining, Industry, or equivalent) from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Coal Quality Management, Stockpile and Shipment, Good Communication Skills, Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring, Contract Management, Good Negotiator
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Shipping, Maritime Economics, Maritime transport & logistics, Port Management are beneficial for this position

9. Port Mechanical
Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Project Management, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical, Financial
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in maintenance for Diploma’s Degree, 2 year(s) of working experience for Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this position

10. IPCC Maintenance Head (Department Head Level)
Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Engineering, or equivalent) from reputable university
• Able to work under stress of place, familiar with geography, agreement, regulation of law including relevant safety
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Maintenance, IPCC Operation, or related field is required for this position

PERSYARATAN :
• Good comment in English (verbal and written )
• Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to work in the pressure environment and tight deadline, having good interpersonal and communications skill
