Digital Planner


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
The Digital Planner is a digital native who is enthusiastic and passionate about digital. They will manage the day-to-day digital planning requirements across digital brand, digital display and dynamic marketing communications. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Content to help deliver on an overarching integrated digital marketing strategy for Company.

They will leverage internal customer databases to help develop strategies and mechanisms for use in digital messaging and must understand multi-channel customer journeys and how digital can enhance and enrich the overall experience.
  • Leverage internal customer databases to develop targeting plans for use in Digital/ Social and Online & Emerging Media/Advertising Develop and manage vendor partnerships that enable Corporate to be at the forefront of digital planning and customized targeting online.
  • Produce necessary digital project management/coordination efforts across internal Corporate Business Unit's.
  • Leverage the correct metrics from brand to direct to ensure that we can measure and monitor what success looks like. Understand and report – through experience, research, testing, and direct analytics – the performance of all social and digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop strategies to activate new & existing communities, and build them into robust communication platforms.
  • Work closely with all marketing employees, key business partners and agencies to ensure all marketing assets are uploaded into the Digital Asset Management system with accurate data.
  • Research and recommend new digital asset coordination best practices and new tools


PERSYARATAN :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia;
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in planning and strategy in Digital Marketing, Communication or Advertising is required for this position;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication;
  • Adapt to organizational skills; Resourceful Ability to multi-task and prioritize; must be able to meet tight deadlines for multiples projects;
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline oriented environment;
  • Willing to travel and mobile working environment;
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
