Lowongan PT Holcim Indonesia Tuban yang sebelumnya bernama PT Semen Cibinong adalah salah satu perusahaan pembuatan semen di Indonesia, sedang membuka lowongan yang akan ditempatkan di Holcim Tuban dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
The incumbent responsible to assist Quarry Planning and Development SI in :

• Providing data and making the plan, also evaluating the mining activity (limestone and clay at Tuban), technical and cost.
• Executing the plan by developing and maintaining the limestone quarry infrastructure (roads, drainage, loading points, benches)
• Re-cultivating the limestone quarry (limestone and clay)
• Managing quarry buildings maintenance
• Supporting the Quarry Manager in the preparation and interpretation of such reports, also act as the vice head of explosive warehouse as regulate in Indonesia Mining Regulation

PERSYARATAN :

• Education     :     Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university, master degree preferred
• Experience     :   
• Minimum 3 years experience’s in the similar post or other relevant posts with high involvement in data analysis where the incumbent shaped up his/her analytical skill & translating data into decision making.
• Sound marketing knowledge and consumer analysis
• Experience with multi-unit management is an advantage
• Experience in conducting marketing research will be advantage

• Computer literacy     :     IT Literate; Microsoft Office  ( excellence in Ms.Excel and Ms. PowerPoint)
• Language     :     Fluency spoken  and written English

Other qualification / skills     :    

• Excellent analytical thinking skill with the ability to turn analysis into insights
• Passionate & own self initiative with can do attitude
• Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
• Excellent communication  skill - clearly conveying information and  ideas
• Have creativity and alternative thinking in proposing new ideas and answers of work-related problems
• Demostrarte problem solving and relationship management skills
