PT Nestle Karawang Jawa Barat, membuka lowongan untuk posisi Production Supervisor (First Line Manager) yang akan di tempatkan di Karawang Factory. dengan kualifikasi dan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

Supervises and controls different steps of processing according to instructions, production planning and standard procedures. Monitors use of manpower, materials and product quality standards. Authorize to release and reject RM and semi-finished products

Primary Activities:

• Organization
• Manpower Allocation
• Coaching and Concealing
• People development
• Performance Management

Resources Management

• Material Usage & Substitution variance
• Labour Planning and Performance
• Sundry Production control
• Ensure right processing of the RM and PM conversion
• Non Quality Cost

Machineries :

• Line Performance
• Line Efficiencies
• Optimisation of capacity utilization
• Schedule for Maintenance

Product Quality

• Ensure the right processing to achieve results according to the set of parameters

PERSYARATAN :

• S1 Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Electronic)
• Female/ Male
• 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants with experiences in food company will be advantaged
• Having good communication in English (oral and written)
• Undestand with Basic Machine Technology, TPM, HACCP, NGMP, QMS, NQS, Hygiene and Safety,5 S's, BEST, Idea System, Fire Fighting & PPE (including LOTO & Confined Space), Problem Solving with DMAIC Methodology, Personnel Computer, Manufacturing standard (GI 23.010-2) and ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001; ISO 22000
• Applicants must be willing to working in shift
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surya Cipta City of Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
