Posisi : NETWORK ENGINEERING
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
Support, monitor, and control the daily activity of Network operations and network site facility installation and maintenance of complex and critical systems/components throughout Jobsite on 24 hour call out basis to ensure the performance, reliability, and availability of the network according to management and customer requirements and support the company activity accordingly.
PERSYARATAN :
- Support and monitor the wireless communications network consisting of diverse hardware and software to a corporate standard for performance and reliability across multiple sites.
- Monitor network site facility maintenance activities pertaining to systems including UPS system, communication tower equipment, DC power systems, electrical grounding, power generator switch, and fire suppression systems to support the company activity accordingly.
- Minimize the impact of changes on wireless network availability through the effective use of Departmental Change Management policies.
- Analyze wireless network performance through the effective use of management, methodologies, and techniques.
- Perform installations and repairs of unique and critical network components (e.g., Wanagon EWS, IOZ Remote Control) throughout Jobsite.
- Facilitate and foster good communications within his crew and with his superiors and peers, through regular meetins covering safety, service bulletins, service-related problems, etc., to smooth the working activity.
- Facilitate and foster the process of continuous improvement to keep and enhance the quality and efficiency of the work performed by his crew.
- Develop installation and configuration standards and maintenance procedures for all systems/equipment installed in accordance with department and customer requirements.
- Supervise network maintenance activities on a 24 hour call out basis to keep the reliability and availability.
- Perform troubleshooting in coordination with related parties (e.g., Network Field Operations, Wireless Infrastructure, Wireless Central Shop, MIS Helpdesk) to identify root causes, resolve problems, and prevent problems from reoccurring.
- Perform device configuration and maintenance tasks for all wireless network components, communications tower equipment, DC power systems, electrical grounding, power generator switches, and fire suppression systems supporting MIS operations in accordance with Department standards.
- Produce accurate documentation of all wireless network and site facilities systems in accordance with Department standards.
- Monitor compliance with the company's safety, health and environmental regulations by his subordinates, and correct any deficiencies to keep support the department target.
- Graduate Degree (S1) in Electronics Communications/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication with 3 years experience as a field service technician with specific experience in network site facility maintenance, or in 2-way radior systems, Trunked Radio systems, Telephony systems, Paging systems, Microwave Radio systems, Data Communications, system installation methodologies, and DC PFinancial
