DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of Recruitment Specialists. Build good relationship with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of acquisition.
- Initiate and manage the review of all recruitment related policies, procedures, strategies and innovations. Resolves all issues arising during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions.
PERSYARATAN :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with social science background
- Minimum 5 years’ experience ideally in HR management (with 2-3 years working in supervisory level / Junior Manager level, developing recruitment policies and procedures, selection, and recruitment system) both for high profile and mass recruitment
- Experience in Head Hunter is preferable
- Experience in leading an improvement project
