• Design Key Performance Indicator and performance appraisal
• Manage and evaluating deployment of work culture and employee engagement
• Design, manage, and evaluate remuneration and reward/punishment system
• Managing competency databases
• Evaluating employee performances
PERSYARATAN :
• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably has business backround.
• Able to work in team and likes new challenge
• High motivation and good integrity
• Good English skill
• Head office (Jakarta) based
